Thermal imaging — included on every inspection
We scan every home with a thermal camera as a standard part of the inspection, free. It reveals what a visual check can't: hidden moisture behind walls and ceilings, electrical connections running hot, missing or failed insulation, and air-conditioning leaks. A lot of the problems that matter most don't show on the surface — thermal is how we find them.
Drone roof scans — when a roof can't be walked
Let's be straight about this: walking a roof is the better inspection. You see and feel things from on the roof that a camera from above will never catch, so we walk roofs whenever it's safe to do so. When a roof is too steep, too high, or too fragile to walk safely, we use a drone — at no extra charge — so it still gets a thorough look. The drone is the backup, not the default.
